Stop Delay believes that everyone should be able to claim what they are owed. We work to make this website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities.

1Our commitment

We design and build this website to be accessible, in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

2The standard we follow

We aim for this website to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 published by the W3C.

3What this website does

Every page works with a keyboard alone, and you can always see where you are.
It works with screen readers: clear headings, labelled fields and buttons, text alternatives for images, and spoken updates for errors and changes.
Colour is never the only signal — messages and errors also use words and icons.
Text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content or function.
Animations stop when your device is set to reduce motion.
Forms tell you what’s missing and take you straight to it.
Pages adapt to phones, tablets and computers.

4Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not be fully accessible yet. We are working on them:

A few older pages, like the price list, still use the previous design.
Documents that people upload — such as boarding passes, passports and signed agreements — may not be accessible to screen readers.
Content from other services, like embedded videos and social media, is outside our control.
