About us

We make airlines pay

When a flight goes wrong, the law often says the airline owes you money. Most people never get it. Stop Delay claims it for you — we deal with the airline, the paperwork and, if it comes to it, the court. No win, no fee. How our fee works

Why we exist

Airlines owe more than they pay

A European Commission study found that 62% of passengers who were owed compensation never got it. Some didn’t know the rules. Some gave up after the airline’s first “no”. Some never found the time for the forms.

Stop Delay exists to close that gap: you give us your flight once, and we do the chasing.

How we work

Four promises

  1. Free to checkTell us about your flight, and we’ll tell you if you have a claim. Checking costs nothing.
  2. No win, no feeOur fee — 30% of the compensation — comes out only when you get paid. If we don’t win, you pay nothing.
  3. We handle all of itLetters, follow-ups and documents. If the airline won’t pay, we can take it to court — at our cost.
  4. You see every stepYour claim page shows where things stand, what’s missing, and when the money is on its way.
